The room we stayed in was perfect for two people and we loved the rooftop terrace with the pool and views of the ocean. The reception staff was also very accommodating when we arrived. Our taxi driver dropped us off on the opposite site of the Old Town (even though we tried to explain that the location was on the other side), one of the reception staff came to pick us up so that we didn't need to drag our heavy luggage on a hot day. Our room was boho-chic and we loved the location of the B&B. We also arranged a car-hire through them for dinner in the Polignano area (20 minutes north) which they provided drop off and pick up. They also provided airport transfer service to Bari which was 50 euros one way. Overall, it was a lovely stay for 1 night, and we wish we had stayed longer because of how beautiful Monopoli was.

The location in the old city overlooking the Adriatic Sea is stunning. It is only a short walk inside the walls and easy to access. We had our breakfast served on the rooftop every morning. Superb views and such friendly staff. We had the king suite with balcony which was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The reception staff were available via WhatsApp which was easy to communicate and order things like ice, Prosecco etc. We were late on our arrival due to flight delay but the staff stayed until we arrived at midnight, met our taxi and helped with our bags to the room. Just simply outstanding service and always with a smile. Access into the apartments is only a few steps. There is a spiral staircase to the rooftop which was easy to navigate.

Rest of the contact is managed via WhatsApp which worked really well for us. They even sorted a boat trip for us after we messaged. The bed was extremely comfortable, nice and firm as we like it. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was varied each day and included an egg dish, grilled vegetables, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee and fresh juice. We made the most of the rooftop sun area, and were lucky enough to always have a lounger. Would highly recommend Bellavista and would book again.

the staff was so helpful. they were able to get a hair stylist last minute to do my hair for a wedding , had recommendations for Covid test locations , drivers , etc. I messaged them through what’s app and they always replied within minutes. breakfast is also huge and fantastic
